Account Deletion for Ticksy

1. Introduction

This page explains how to delete your Ticksy account and what happens to your data. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

2. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the App:

1. Open Ticksy and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete Account.
4. Enter your password to confirm your identity.
5. Confirm the deletion.

Your account and data are deleted immediately upon confirmation.

3. What Happens to Your Data

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account and profile (name, email).
• All of your tasks, reminders, and notes.
• Your device notification tokens.

This deletion is immediate and irreversible. We do not retain a backup copy of your content after deletion, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

4. Important Considerations

• Deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your tasks, reminders, and notes cannot be recovered.
• Back up first. If you want to keep any information, save it before deleting your account.
• Scheduled notifications for your reminders will stop.

5. Alternatives to Deletion

If you do not want to delete your account, you can simply log out from Settings → Log Out, or disable notifications from your device settings.
