Appointments
Why can't I book another appointment for the same day?
So the professional's schedule stays reliable, each patient can book one appointment per day. If you need to change the one you already have, message the professional through the in-app chat: once they cancel it, you will be able to book another one for that date.
If you cancel the appointment yourself, the date is not released automatically. That is deliberate: it prevents chains of bookings and cancellations that would leave the schedule unusable for everyone else.
Why does it say I have too many pending appointments?
You can have up to three appointments awaiting confirmation, counting those with every professional. It is a limit so nobody can flood the schedule. As soon as the professional confirms or cancels one of the pending ones, a slot frees up and you can book again.
If you have older appointments that were never confirmed, message the professional so they can resolve them: while they stay pending, they take up a slot.
Do these limits also apply to appointments the professional creates?
No. The professional can schedule as many appointments as you need, even several on the same day. The limits only apply to bookings you make yourself.
How do I cancel an appointment?
Open the appointment from your list and use the cancel option. Remember that cancelling does not release the date for a new booking of your own: for that, the professional has to cancel it.
Account and data
How do I delete my account?
In the App: Profile → Delete account if you are a patient, or Profile settings → Edit profile → Delete account if you are a professional. Your personal data is permanently deleted. The clinical record is kept detached from your identity, because the professional is legally required to preserve it. The full detail is in the Account Deletion Guide.
Who can see my clinical record?
Only you and the professional treating you. Access is restricted at the database level and clinical images are served through time-limited links, never public addresses.
