Welcome to Wellcue ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Wellcue mobile application (the "App") and any related services provided by us. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Wellcue is a comprehensive health tracking application designed to help users monitor and manage their health data, including but not limited to nutrition, hydration, exercise, medication schedules, blood pressure, sleep patterns, and body measurements.

2. Description of Service

2.1 Core Features

Wellcue provides the following services:

  • Health Data Tracking: Monitor and record various health metrics including:

    • Food intake and caloric consumption
    • Water consumption and hydration levels
    • Exercise duration and activities
    • Medication schedules and dosages
    • Blood pressure readings
    • Sleep duration and quality
    • Body measurements (weight, height, waist circumference)

  • Smart Reminders: Customizable notification system for:

    • Medication schedules
    • Health data logging reminders
    • Exercise routines
    • Hydration and food goals

  • Progress Visualization: Charts and insights to track health patterns and progress over time

  • Personalization: Customizable settings including:

    • Theme preferences (light/dark/system)
    • Language selection (English/Spanish)
    • Unit preferences for measurements
    • Enabling/disabling input types and associated reminders

2.2 Data Storage

  • All user data is stored securely using Supabase cloud infrastructure
  • Sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Local data caching for offline functionality

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

  • Users must create an account to use the App
  • Required information includes email address and basic profile information
  • Basic profile information includes first name, last name, nickname, birthday, and profile picture (optional)

3.2 Account Security

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials

  • Users will receive confirmation that their personal data has been removed while anonymized health data may continue to contribute to app improvements

10. Disclaimers and Limitations
