What we need to get started
Share your user roles, pricing model, billing provider, existing designs and backend documentation. Include any requirements for team accounts, trials, reporting and subscription changes.
Scope and estimate
We agree on the account model, billing flows and administration tools before estimating. Payment provider fees, account approvals and platform billing requirements are reviewed separately from development work.
Remote collaboration
Work directly with the engineers building your product. Before starting, we agree on scope, delivery milestones and communication channels. At each milestone, we demo the progress, gather your feedback and confirm the next steps.

Frequently asked questions
Can you add subscriptions to an existing product?
Yes. We review the current account model and backend, then define plans, entitlements, billing events and the changes needed to support existing users.
Which payment provider should we use?
The choice depends on your product, target countries and platforms. We assess Stripe, PayPal, RevenueCat or in-app purchases against those requirements before agreeing on an integration.
Can different users have different permissions?
Yes. We define roles and access rules for the agreed workflows, including backend enforcement. Team accounts and organization-level permissions are included when they are part of the scope.
